Sue in Abode was recommended to us by a friend.There was a lot of interest in the property we were selling and Sue handled the offers and negotiations in a most calm and efficient manner.The bungalow was marketed on 28th Aug and the sale was completed on 30th Oct. All way beyond our expectations.

The lettings ladies at the Allerton branch, particularly Amanda and Lynsey have been very helpful and efficient throughout the letting process. Now we are moving out they have helped us to expedite our move with prompt references. A special mention to Amanda, whose advice and assistance has been invaluable and thanks to her I am now on my way to being in a position to buy my own first property. Abode are thorough and efficient and repairs are undertaken promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend them as your landlord or estate agent.

This is the fourth time we have used Abode to rent our Property and have also recommended them to friends who received the same faultless service. Again I could not fault them, the property was rented out within days! Katrina was so professional and provided me with constant updates.. I also want to praise Sue and Helen from the Formby branch who provided me with all the information regarding selling another property and I will definitely be using them in the future.They are an excellent team and I can not praise them all enough!

A massive thank you to Louise Latham! We were looking for a property in Formby and found a perfect one that Abode was letting. We inquired about it and Louise was very quick and helpful in assisting us and we were in the property within a matter of weeks. We are first time renters, and Louise made this process extremely stress-free for us. I can't reccomend Abode and Louise enough.

Purchasing a property in the UK from oversees is always challenging, but Abode on Allerton Road, Liverpool made the process far easier. From setting up initial visits and supporting follow-up, through final negotiations and completion, Abode was always responsive. Kudos in particular to Hollie Bray who was a patient, courteous and helpful resource throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Abode.

Communication re organising viewings was excellent and we received feedback within 24 hours. The photographs were taken by a professional photographer and were fantastic. Whilst we decided to take the house off the market, I would not hesitate to use Abode again in the future.

This is my 5th year using Abode as Letting agents for my property in Liverpool. The same friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and highly competent team have just set up a new tenant in my property and I couldn't be more satisfied. Lynsey and Amanda completed everything at really short notice and for this both the tenant and myself are really grateful. I love the fact they are an independent estate agents and can say the same team is assisting me now as assisted me 5 years ago. I think this speaks for itself. A stable team of very competent professionals. My property is in good safe hands.

Crosby branch are appalling and so unprofessional. Lost a set of my house keys, no apology, actively selling another property to a couple viewing mine )caught on Ring Door bell), then the manager Mike, reduces the price of my property without telling me 🤬In fact a set of keys was dropped off with Rachel on Friday 2nd August just after lunch. No question was too silly and the house sold very quickly.
