She pulled out all the stops to get me into the property for a viewing the next day and I was able to agree a move in date following the weekend. Great Experience Moving to Liverpool!

We was actually referred to Atlas by friends on FB as my wife and I were from London, we took the chance to come in to Abode as their offices are nearby at the Allerton Branch. Warm greeted and we felt welcome as Amanda looked after our requests over a quick chat and emails we also met Lynsey who handled all the paperwork.Though they didn't have many suitable properties at the time we got contacted with additional options selected by Amanda within the same week we applied and luckily landed our offer on our 2nd viewing. Excellent Letting Service from Lynsey and Amanda at the Abode Allerton Branch, Liverpool.The previous rental agency were ineffective at marketing our property which is located in one of the most sought after rental areas in Liverpool. We moved our property to Abode following a number of reassuring conversations with Lynsey. Amanda attended the property at short notice and our rental property was effectively marketed within hours. We now have a new tenant in place :)Lynsey and Amanda have been brilliant and kept us informed throughout the process. Great communication and promptly clarified any queries we had. Outstanding & persistent.

Been trying to sell a difficult property, primarily because of the changes mortgage companies made to lending as a result of Mr Kwatengs budget changes. We lost 4 buyers for one reason or another and Abode was always able to find us another even as the selection pool was shrinking. The one constant was Ann from Crosby who handled the sale(S) once a buyer had been found.. We really felt in safe hands with Abode & especially Ann who moved heaven & earth to move things forward with buyers & solicitors, and dealing with me ;-). Eventually last week the property sold after Ann's super human efforts.. Highly recommend this outfit. Thank you all!

Extremely positive experience for new landlord

I have recently become a landlord and have had an extremely positive experience with Abode - I actually went with Abode as the letting agent for my apartment due to very positive experiences in the past with other things, i.e. with regards my house purchase and some general legal advice. In Particular, Louise, Lynsey and James have frankly been outstanding! My apartment was valued by Abode and rented out to a tenant all within 5 days, with everything was very clear and highly efficient, which was fantastic given I am knew to being a landlord.

Absolutely appalling estate agent

Absolutely appalling estate agent. I called the Liverpool office to put an offer in on a property and spoke with a person who cannot be named who was not interested at all. Her attitude was rude and my suspicions after receiving no response was that my offer had never reached the seller. I then put my offer on an email asking for confirmation of my offer and only then was I asked for my memorandum of sale. They are wanting to keep everything in house and the lady who put a note of interest on the apartment I wanted had not sold her house. They delayed me and rudely ignored me whilst they waited to sell her house, so she could buy the apartment that they were selling, so double commission for them. The person who cannot be named then called me a week later to say the seller accepted an offer from a friend of the family. However this was a complete lie as the buyer is the lady who put the note of interest on the property and Abode had finally received an offer for her property, which meant she could then put an offer on the apartment I put an offer on. The buyer does not know the seller utter lies. They did not come to me to ask if I wanted to increase my offer they just said the seller is happy with the offer. So the seller would not want more money i find that very hard to believe. DO NOT sell your home with Abode as they do not have the sellers best interests they only have their own that they care about.

We have just moved house ,our house was up for sale with abode and we bought a house that was on sale through abode in formby Merseyside also. We were in contact with a lady called Sue Leonard and the process was seamless . From the start we have the photographs of the property done and they were fantastic! The support from Sue and Ann was constantly there and every query was answered. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I already have to a family member. The staff are genuinely helpful and understand the market and the best ways to approach any issues you have . Well done abode
