Generally, once we've been to value a property, we leave it in the hands of the sellers whether they decide to go ahead or not - as we're not fans of regular, pushy sales calls which we know a lot of our customer's aren't either. We can assure you that Lauren and the Littleover team are incredibly good at what they do, by far the best in the area, so if you would like some more advice, or you'd like to go ahead and get the property are on the market, give them a call or pop in and they'll be more than happy to get you up and running and get you sold!
