😊I have recently completed on the Sale of my property marketed by Brennan & Chatterton Estates in East Preston. Both my purchaser and I agree that we could not have had a more engaged, enthusiastic and knowledgeable team working for us. Their portfolio of clients ensured that the property was marketed to the correct potential purchaser. They proactively monitored the sale at every stage and helped and chased up on information needed from the Solicitors and Agents bringing the sale to completion in just over 16 weeks.

We bought our property recently through Brennan and Chatterton, and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout. It was quite a drawn out process due to being a probate sale but they made sure to keep us up to date and were always quick to respond at any time.

Very professional and helpful with all the queries we had along the way! Also very accommodating with being available for numerous visits we made to the property. Their knowledge of the local area and its history is second-to-none which we also found really helpful.
