GoogleB&C went above and beyond with the sale of our apartment. From the friendly but informative initial valuation with Nathan & Jules to the professionalism and communication that Kiera showed throughout the sale. We were delayed for several reasons and Kiera took ownership far beyond her realms of responsibility to make sure we were progressing and informed throughout. Would not hesitate to highly recommend - a very different experience to many that we’ve had with estate agents before.

GoogleI have just sold my home with B&C and everyone I had any dealing with were both warm and professional. They provided regular updates, even when there was not really an update to give!. Keira managed the sale and was fantastic, supported by her colleagues who always helped me if I called rather than taking messages. I would recomend B&C without hesitation and will be using them again.

GoogleThis is our first day in our new home in Kingston Gorse after having purchased through Brennan & Chatterton. As well as being thoroughly nice people, Jules & Nathan, together with all their staff have been both exemplary in their professionalism and assistance. This we hope will be our forever home, so selling isn't on our radar, but if we ever did, we would have no hesitation in using their services to sell our house.

Nathan acheived full asking price for our property on the first day of hosting viewings. That speaks for itself. Justine then ensured all communications were handled quickly and efficiently between ourselves/solicitors/purchasers, right up until the day of completion. B&C use individual & creative marketing skills which allow them to stand out from their competitors. The whole team display extensive local knowledge, have a genuine passion to succeed, but most importantly lead a friendly, personable approach.
