Professional team and excellent client care

With such a major life decision, we wanted an agent we could trust to work with us and achieve the right result. From the outset the service we received Ross McKnight and the team at Templeton Robinson in Lisburn was professional and reassuring at every step of the process. We felt Ross understood the task ahead and worked with us as a trusted advisor throughout the sale, his advice and approach always being considered and sensible, and we built a great working relationship with him, to the extent that we felt we were all working towards the same goal as a team, rather than just client and agent. As is usual in the house buying and selling process, it was not always straightforward, however Ross was always available to offer advice and help with the bumps in the road. We would highly recommend Templeton Robinson, and Ross McKnight in particular, to anyone waning to sell their property, looking for a professional team with the right approach, market advice and genuine care for their clients. A first class service experience

I was delighted to sell my home in BT9 with Templeton Robinson. This was the second time I've engaged them for a sale and I felt that both the team and service standards are going from strength to strength. I brought my house to market end of June and sale was completed within 12 weeks. Valuation was thorough and unlike my experience with other local estate agents, they priced the property right. High volume of viewers all co-ordinated and brought through the property by the team at Templeton. Was very impressed with the level of follow-up and feedback provided, diligence on offers and liaison with my solicitor, surveyors and the buyer. The service standard throughout ensured everything was tended to quickly and carefully. I would highly recommend Templeton Robinson.

I had my house on the market with another agency for 7 mths without movement. I decided to change to T&R and within days my property was on line with far superior photos, which showed the property off to its finest, and I started to attract viewings and within 6 wks the sale was agreed. My only regret was not using T&R in the beginning. The sale went smoothly, no hiccups at all and was completed within 3 mths. Sanijs was amazing, always touching base so I was never left unsure of what was happening. Thanks to Ross too for taking control of the whole sale. ⚠️TENANTS BEWARE⚠️ Horrific service on the tenants behalf in the Lisburn branch from staff member Sarah Spence. Did nothing to support us when a dispute arose with the landlord over a broken boiler. We were left without heat for almost 3 weeks in the middle of February. Landlord was on her holidays and said she would sort it when she got back. Proceeded to charge us for the boiler repair when as it should have been her responsibility as a landlord to fix it. Continually told lies and bullied us into paying for it. When I asked Sarah Spence for advice in confidence she went and proceeded to let the landlord know I had enquired about ending my lease early (obviously I would have paid whatever early termination fee etc that would have been involved.) She made it very clear what side of the fence she would be supporting and that of course would have been the client who is renting properties through them. She did nothing to support us and let the disgrace of a landlord Fay and Dave Coffey get away with ripping off two young people renting their first home. When we tried to contest paying for the damage they then threatened to charge us more money for totally fabricated lies. They told us at the beginning that they would maintain and look after the garden yet when we said we weren’t paying for the boiler they said they would charge £507 for the garden not being weeded, yet they told us they would look after it. DO NOT RENT 82 Whitethorn Lane, Kinallen, Co.Down. It will seem amazing at first but between horrifically manipulative landlords and useless staff at Templeton Robinson I would advise anyone to steer clear and by reading other reviews on google and Facebook it’s clear that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience.NegativeProfessionalism
