Upon meeting David at the first viewing nothing was ever an issue and at no stage did we ever feel pressured into making decisions. Everything from start to finish with Taylor Patterson was made simple, any questions or requests we asked were answered promptly, we gave the house a second viewing before putting down our offer and nothing was ever a hassle, working to a time that suited us. Would recommend 👍

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Taylor Patterson. They were brilliant from beginning to end. Before selecting them I did some research on other estate agents in the area. TP stood out as having a lot more properties sale agreed and sold in our price bracket than most others. Jonny concentrated most of the viewings on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays around 11.30 - 2.00. This really minimised disruption to family life. We were sale agreed around 4 weeks after going on the market. Unfortunately 7 weeks after that the buyer changed their mind. Jonny had us sale agreed for a second time within a week, we were even able to complete the sale on the original date we planned to complete on. We were very happy with the price our house was marketed and sold at. We would have no hesitation recommending TP as they were just wonderful.

This is eighth time we have moved house and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had. From initial contact, through to the post completion of sale, these guys have been completely without fault! Polite, prompt, pro-active, they chased down every lead and arranged every viewing. They employed a range of tactics to make sure the property was continually in front of any potential purchaser, including running the property as a feature on several occasions. They also assisted in making sure the solicitors didn't dawdle! Our porperty was a particularly difficult sale, or so we thought, but these guys made it look easy. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a super professional and friendly service.
