FacebookI have never sold a house before, I choose Taylor Patterson because David was very experienced and put me completely at ease on our first meeting. From the start nothing was a problem and he made sure everything was stress free while keeping me up to date at all times. Once David was assigned to selling my house, it was himself I dealt with from beginning to end, Tracy in the office is lovely and was very helpful. Taylor Patterson are professional and competent to sell any house, my rating is 5*, I am so glad I went with them, honestly you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for everything David and the staff of Taylor Patterson.

GoogleIncredibly happy with Taylor Patterson. Jonathan was super friendly and knowledgeable and recommended that we view a similarly property round the corner from one we had booked in to see. Of course it was an excellent idea because we ended up putting an offer in on the one Jonathan suggested and getting it. The whole experience was brilliant and I'd definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone!

David was in almost daily communication with me via WhatsApp & answered any questions I had within minutes. He chased up requirements from both the purchaser & solicitor & always had answers.
