Bad communication with stupid procedure. i didnt have problems with different agencies and i dont know why they making it so hard to make a deal with them. dont buy/rent with them!!!

I have recently bought a house from Reed Rains in Ossett. The solicitors, I and the Vendor employed were very slow. Dan in the Ossett branch went above and beyond his remit, liasing with the Vendor, obtaining documents to push the Sale through. I would no hesitation in buying from Dan and the Ossett branch again.

GoogleFirst class service as a rental agent. Tracey has went over and above her duty and helped me out on numerous occasions over the past 2 years. Being the first time in a managed property, she has been a god send in giving advice and dealing with the landlord or 3rd parties. Viewings organised very well with good notifications, vetting process clearly robust, smooth handling of all aspects. Excellent from all the team including Zoe and Scarlett.
