The house did receive an offer but as we explained on the phone, this is a repossession sale, so you were still able to reschedule the viewing and possibly place an offer yourself. Absolutely awful company. My tenancy ended over 6 months ago, the check out was absolutely fine but they are still refusing to return my £575 deposit, giving the excuse they can't get in touch with the old landlord. Absolutely would never rent with them again. The local branch (Bridlington) are absolutely useless in assisting with this.
