This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

Sam was brilliant from start to finish. We demanded a lot and asked a lot of questions which he answered in good time! We had some problems with timings of our move in date but Sam was always helping us and was honest in what information he gave us. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWouldn’t recommend at all. Had a pretty horrific experience - that ultimately ended with me asking the ‘expert’ what they though we could do to get our house moving on the market and was told I should look for another agent. Needless to say, new local agent, new professional pictures done and multiple Viewings booked, house sold in a few weeks. Communication is not forthcoming, need to chase. They’re happy to take your money for *marketing* and then ask you to pay to feature your own advert . Many better estate agents in Lisburn. Steer clear.

GoogleTracy showed me the house and she was kind and approachable. They confirmed over a call the morning of my viewing, showed the house to me on time and gave me realistic timelines (which they kept). We had been looking for a place for 3 weeks and had only a few more days before we had to vacate our then accommodation. Tracy took this into consideration and expedited the process once our application was selected. The entire process was quick and easy. :)

Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.

Our landlord decided to change from Reeds Rains to a local agent. Reeds managed to mistakenly inform the utility companies that we had moved out so they tried to cancel our accounts. We were nearly left with no electricity or water. Utterly unapologetic when asked about it. They have been useless in the 10 years we’ve been renting through them, thank goodness our landlord is great.

Can not give 0 stars. Castleford branch reeds rain’s absolutely shocking. Paid a Fully managed service and house after letting was a disgrace and damaged. No help. Don’t reply to calls or emails. No respect for customers. No respect for property. I would not let them manage a Wendy house. Incompetent.
