I sold my property with reeds rain pre lockdown last year, however things were held up due to covid etc and Lara could not have been more helpful. Great experience and help me throughout each step. Very responsive to emails and calls, was a great help especially going through those uncertain times.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Highly recommend this estate agent for anyone seeking to sell their home in the Lisburn area. I had an enjoyable and trusting relationship with Simon and Lara from the moment they valued our house through to completion. A really friendly and professional team that communicated everything clearly and handled viewings brilliantly. A pleasure selling our home with them.

Dealt with Lara for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new build house. Found Lara to be very helpful on both fronts and would recommend reeds rain as an estate agent to anyone needing to buy or sell.

We were interested in a rental property advertised by Reeds Rains and Tracey Cordner from the Lisburn office was our contact. She was extremely responsive, friendly and kept us up to date with the entire process between the viewing and the key handover. If we have any questions or concerns, she replies promptly and provides feedback from the landlord as soon as possible. We were able to get moved in and settled in with a smooth transition thanks to the support from Tracey. We highly recommend both Reeds Rains and Tracey herself for customers looking professional and reliable service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I couldn't have asked or hoped for a more perfect experience with the Reed Rains team. Not only did we buy our first house through them, their letting department also helped us put our apartment up for rent, and a new tenant in within a matter of a 2 weeks! Absolutely brilliant staff. Both sales and letting staff were so helpful, immediately responsive and extremely supportive throughout our entire transition of moving house and renting out our old property! Honestly, I haven't dealt with a better estate agency, and I've dealt with quite a few in my time!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I just recently purchased a new build property through Reeds Rains and I have been left disappointed with their service. Emails came through rude and unhelpful, false information on our property was given and not once did we meet face to face to go through details on site. Further to that, not as much as a phone call or email when the house sale completed. Everything felt so unprofessional
