GoogleI’ve been using the Lisburn branch of Reeds Rain for almost ten years now and the service has been first class for the duration. They’ve always kept me up to date with my rental property, any problems with it, and they’ve always made sure I have a tenant in place! A special mention for Tracey especially though as she’s really made my life a lot easier with her regular updates on the state of repair of my rental property, and sorting out any issues on my behalf very quickly. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have had absolutely FANTASTIC service from Tracey Cordner from the minute I contacted her to rent my house out with Reeds Rains. Nothing was too much trouble, she explained everything as we went through the letting process and ensured I had done everything I needed to do to become a landlady for the first time with gentle reminders/emails. Tracey returned emails and phone calls swiftly with anything I was unsure of, so I am confident that my tennents will be treated to the highest standard by her should they have any issues. In conclusion, if you are thinking of renting out a property and are unsure as wether or not to use an agent, as I was, PLEASE don’t do it yourself, use an agent and use Tracey at Reeds Rains, it’s well worth the money and I can’t recommend her highly enough 😊

GoogleAs a Landlord, Reeds Rains Lisburn currently act as our managing agent and have been for over 18 months as we are currently overseas. They have provided a fantastic service all round, providing regular property inspections and regular updates. Simon initially provided us with extremely helpful and pragmatic advice and Tracey has since been excellent, attending promptly to all queries and maintenance matters, advising re. tenant matters and generally keeping us fully appraised. Despite being out of the country we have full confidence that our property and tenancy matters are being completely looked after and we would have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains for all property services.

GoogleFriendly, helpful and professional staff at the Lisburn office. Rented a property for 1 year with the help of Tracey Cordner from the Lettings Dept and then subsequently purchased a property through Lara Spence from Sales. They both contributed to making my experiences of renting and purchasing as stress-free as possible and with minimal fuss. They were always on hand to help with any queries/issues I had. I can highly recommend the staff and services of this office!
