GoogleLooked at six different estate agents before choosing McClellan salter. They priced my property at the top end of all the valuations and got it spot on. From going on the market to sale agreed was just over a month. This company knows the local market through accurate research and gave me the confidence to let them deal with the whole process. Would recommend.

Google" Our dealings with McClellandSalter as tenants over the last two years has been marvellous. At no time did we feel unsupported or left to our own devices. The rentals manager must be singled out though. His courtesy, management skills, and human relations are exceptional, and we have no hesitation in recommending the company to any prospective property buyers or lessees. Raqeba and Sharhidd Booley "

GoogleA professional, reliable and friendly service. With a very well established reputation, McClellandSalter is a name that many people recongise and trust. This I believe really helped when securing the sale of my house. From the time of going on the market to completion/handover was 2 months to the date. Amazingly quick!
