Having bought our house thru P&C in Grantham, they were fantastically attentive. Well done to Beth and Craig for a smooth, attentive, informative, supportive sale which wasn't easy at times. They kept us informed of all movements within the chain, chased all parties regardless of time, effort or who was supposed to be doing their bit. High Five to a great team!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Very unprofessional with bad manners and bad service, they worked more for the buyer (but who was paying their bill???? not the buyer!!!!!). We have moved previously but they made this move even more stressful than any previous moves. Would NEVER use this company again...... would suggest going to another agent!!

Disappointed as I just wanted an apology as the company was not upfront with all their requirementsFor the fees they are asking for they should try and actually understand that clients have different life circumstances

Absolutely atrocious customer service, including from the manager I spoke to about the numerous issues encountered. Unapologetic, and tried to but the blame on me for them not calling me back. They obviously don't want your money, don't give it to them.

Very poor service. No communication at all. I had to ring them all the time. Only managed to get 3 viewings in 20 weeks. Then had the cheek to send a bill for £150 for marketing fees !! Would not recommend at all.

Bought from P&C Sleaford. Were blatantly lied to by the agent regarding the activities of the bus company next to the house. This kind of behaviour does not give estate agents a good name.
