GoogleDay light criminals, If I could rate no star I would! We received an email two weeks after handing our keys in to tell us that the house needs sanitising and a full clean for a french bulldog (which we never had) they charging us for this and things such as window cleaning and maintenance of the garden but In the same breath are trying to charge us for the emptying of our garden waste bin. We freshly painted the house before handing the keys back and deep cleaned the house. We took picture before leaving! We were handed over to this company after handing in our notice. They lost our notice and told us that we have never formulated a written notice, this making us pay till the end of the lease (an extra month) Attached you will find picture of the house they say in inhabitable and the garden which they say is in need of a full over haul!

GoogleAlthough we are part way through a successful home move my experience so far with the Lincoln team has been excellent, they are professional, attentive and ensure that every step is made clear to keep me informed as appropriate. This team have removed the stress element away from the process and I would recommend Your Move to anyone in the future. My direct contact has been Andrea along with Beryl whom managed my viewings, this process was seamless and well organised. Thank-you very much Mandy.

GoogleWORST most unprofessional organisation! One disaster to the next! They "lost" paperwork, didn't fix our problems when we had them until we repeatedly chased them too. They claimed to have a fully managed service which was totally not the case! They passed everything off to our landlord Karl Long (avoid at all costs) who turned up unannounced repeatedly throughout our tennacy. His wife Lisa handled our check out (breaking contract) and was aggressive, abusive and rude! We have rented a couple of times before and NEVER encountered such an awful experience. This is the tip of the enormous iceberg as far as our tennacy goes which included our car window being smashed by Karl's gardener and then badly repaired by his mate!! If you like an invasive landlord, lossing money and bad service then use your move and Karl long! I've never wanted to leave a bad review but I feel it's my duty to help others avoid such a traumatic experience!

GoogleMost have my contact has been with Kelly in sales and Meg in rentals, both of whom have been fantastic. They have both kept me up to date with how my purchases/rentals have progressed, and Kelly in particular has gone above and beyond what you’d expect by chasing solicitors to get things moving and always been available with advice, even when the purchase hasn’t directly involved Your Move. The only slight issue was with an inventory which was incorrect, but this was quickly resolved (and is also carried out by an external company and not Your Move themselves)

GoogleI have rented property through Your Move before and other letting agents in the Lincoln area. I can tell you that the staff here are a pleasure to deal with at every step. The staff are informative, friendly and very efficient. I can not speak highly enough of the levels of professionalism. I had a broken toilet and a garage door that wouldn't close. Both issues resolved very quickly. If your thinking of renting in the Lincoln area, give Meg or Jack a call. Top notch all round, a big thumbs up from me ??????

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Your Move Lincoln. Kelly Smallbones acting for Your Move has been excellent throughout the process. In a sea of mediocre solicitors and other estate agents she has stood out as an island of efficiency, timeliness and persistence. She has driven the process and was a real help to us even though we were not direct clients of Your Move. I thoroughly recommend Your Move Lincoln.

Facebookworst experience ever, we bough a property whitch we was renting and we can't get money back more then 3mnth witch was overpayd for rent. And they avoiding contact with clients if something is wrong, so such dissapointing company ever. I just don't wanna remember how hard is contact with customer service. So in 5 years time with them, never felt good job with they clients

GoogleThe worst experience ever, I would never ever again will make any deals with this agency. We paid for every single step in this agency. And I hoped that we will be treat fair. But apparently they care just about landlords and helping them to make money on tenants.
