TrustpilotLincoln - Worse than useless
Lincoln branch are absolutely appaling. Point blank refusing to give me access to the allocated parking for my flat, incapable of answering emails or calls despite me trying to resolve this for three weeks straight. Every negative stereotype about estate agents is justified by this branch alone.

GoogleI viewed some properties through William H Brown recently with Andy, he was extremely professional and very helpful with my search. We couldn’t find a property though William h Brown that we liked but the service I received from Andy, I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended

GoogleExtremely efficient and effective, we were able to get the meeting agreement really quickly, but the fees are really high. One small spelling error on the contract, but when I raised it they were quick to correct it. Over all I am happy and would recommend them.

GoogleI have lett 3 properties over a number of years from William h brown and always found staff extremely helpful and efficient and wouldn't choose any other. The whole team work really hard from start to finish to make sure your move goes smoothly. Would highly recommend.

The St Albans branch were quick to take £200 off us for an EPC check which we had done already, but they insisted another one had to be done by them. After he walked out the door we were effectively forgotten. Zero effort and zero customer service.

son placed higher bid for a property and it was sold at a lower price, if i was the seller i would not be happy. no chain involved first time buyer. having read previous reviews it looks like this sort of thing as happened before
