GoogleWhen looking for a new home with haart we mainly dealt with a extremely polite and helpful gentalman named Lewis. He regularly kept on contact with new properties, gave us some really useful advise and information and also only contacted me at times that suited me as I work nights and sleep through the day. I would defiantly recommended haart

GoogleReally bad experience as a prospective tenant. Calls never answered or hardly returned, I was put on hold on two properties just to be told it was rented to somebody else. Rent prices are really competitive but you can't rent, don't know what it is but there is definitely something weird about it.
Thanks for the feedback and apologies you found communication difficult. I know you applied for two properties and multiple offers were put forwards, including yours to the landlords. Unfortunately the landlords proceeded with a different offer on both occasions. It is a very busy period at the moment and very common to receive multiple applications for a property at the same time. I know it is frustrating but this is what happened with yourself.
