GoogleA mixed journey. Early dealings were very good and efficient. Our house was listed very quickly and the marketing material was very good. Plenty of viewings and an offer from a cash buyer accepted after 4 weeks. However none of the offers were in the recommended price range and I’m unconvinced why estate agents advertise a price range. From accepting the offer the flow of information was very poor - on many occasions we considered putting the house back on the market as we doubted the credentials of our “cash” buyer. However, two months after accepting the offer, information started flowing from Rachel (Move Manager) which was a great improvement. Overall, a mixed service which seemed to stop when we accepted the offer but eventually improved.
