GoogleHaving considered listing my property to the market I contacted Haart Estate Agents of Lincoln and seamlessly booked a valuation at a time that was suitable to me. Christie Spafford arrived to value the property, I found her to be genuine, well educated to the market, professional but personable to my needs. She took time to notice characteristics about my property that other agents hadn’t noted which made me believe she was really looking at the house as opposed to just obtaining a listing. Everyone I spoke with a Haart seemed to be genuinely interested in me and followed through with what they were promising. If you’re considering moving then call and asked for Christie.

GoogleWe are relocating to Lincoln and we found haart estate and letting agents very professional and approachable all the time. They were always willing to arrange viewings around other viewings that we already had in place, even at very short notice. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them and they always responded quickly to telephone messages and emails. All the staff we spoke with at the office or saw at the viewings were knowledgeable, polite and very professional. Special mention for Benjamin Fuller who we usually spoke with at the office but also kept in contact with us and sent regular emails of properties which would meet our list of requirements. I would definitely use haart estates and lettings again if we needed to either sell or buy a property in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
