GoogleCharlotte met us at the property to conduct a viewing on behalf of the vendor. She welcomed us on arrival and was very approachable, giving us space to view and ask questions and was able to answer several directly. At the end she summarised the list of open questions to take away and I was impressed that she remembered them all!
