GoogleI had dealings with this firm some months ago as a prospective purchaser. They gave me the run-around for weeks, rarely following protocol. It was either incompetence, or arrogance..... In my personal opinion the office has a very unprofessional relationship with a Mr Tosh, the Property Asset Manager at Surrey County Council/PROPERTY DEVELOPER?!??

GoogleFamily business with outstanding service. My partner and I were first time buyers and guided through each step of the process by Lara - from initial viewing until completion. Laras quick, detailed correspondence ensured the seller of our enthusiasm and her availability allowed us to view and offer without delay. We asked a lot of questions and Lara patiently answered clearly, always making sure to follow up with an email. We can't thank you enough for your expertise, thanks to you we have our dream home!

He acted with efficient professionalism and ensured that the process (not a particularly easy one!) was as painless as possible. Living 2 hour drive away, we wanted a professional estate agent that would support, guide and help during the process. This family run business fitted our needs exactly. From providing probate valuation, a really effective video and house details brochure, organising the viewings, through to completion and importantly keeping us in regular contact. GoogleGreat service during our sale during difficult circumstance. John, Amanda and Lara sold my late mother's house, a sale which was made more complex by a bereavement in the family during the sales process. The viewings and sales process was handled very sensitively during a difficult time. The team were all fully in the loop and acted proactively with other professionals to ensure the sale completed without avoidable holdups. Their contacts for house clearance and electrical work were also excellent: they turned up when they said they would, did their jobs and charged what they quoted, something which we do not take for granted. I would be very happy to use John Wadsworth again.

GoogleWe bought our first home via John wadsworth back in May. Throughout the process John and his wife kept us updated and even helped us chase up our useless solicitor. John ensured our solicitor was keeping up with letters from the sellers solicitor and helped us push our exchange and completion date forward in order to complete before our holiday. We even received a bottle of bubbly when collecting our keys which was just a nice extra touch. When we finally decide to move again we will definitely be getting back in touch with John wadsworth estate agents.

GoogleEasily the best estate agents I have ever encountered. They drive the process all the way through - they are proactive. So many other estate agents are at best responsive and at worst not responsive. In a particularly difficult chain, Lara chased all members of the chain very regularly to ensure the process was expedited as swiftly as possible. They earnt their money. I strongly recommend them.

GoogleRecently completed sale under difficult lockdown conditions when all the key people seemed to be on furlough or otherwise unable or unwilling to respond promptly. This family business who are clearly well informed about the local area and well connected with the shakers and movers who make things happen, kept their eyes on the ball for a successful completion despite the opposing forces. I recommend!
