I’ve had an excellent experience working with Elliot. From start to finish, he has been completely on it , always proactive, highly interactive, and incredibly responsive. No matter the time or question, he was quick to reply and kept everything moving smoothly. He’s also been really patient throughout the house viewings and never made us feel rushed. He took his time and made sure we could properly look around and think things through. He was also very polite and professional, and really patient with all our questions, always happy to help and explain things clearly. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elliot to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful estate agent.

We have had the pleasure of working with Elliot on the sale of two properties over the space of just eight months, from the initial marketing right through to completion. Throughout both sales, you deal directly with Elliot, which makes such a refreshing difference. Before engaging Elliot, one of our properties had been with a high street estate agent and we received very few viewings and very little feedback. The difference was night and day once Elliot took over. His marketing is second to none, he is a natural on camera, and the quality of his marketing genuinely translates into viewings and interest. Being an independent estate agent, Elliot offers a really personal yet professional service. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is incredibly trustworthy, reliable and responsive, he was even contactable on Christmas Day! He also has a great network of genuinely good tradespeople, who helped us with some last-minute jobs, and Elliot went the extra mile by overseeing the work himself. What an amazing experience! After searching for 6/7 months, going through 2 properties that fell through, and having difficulties fitting in viewing appointments during the week due to 2 full time jobs, we got lucky viewing our now home with Elliot! He made the time for us to view when other estate agents were already shut, he was able to facilitate an earlier viewing, and we managed to secure the property that same evening. Elliot is very friendly and was great to work with. He answered all and any questions for us, and the communication was wonderful. Elliot made what can be a stressful process feel really straightforward. He was always one step ahead, keeping us informed and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Whenever we had a query, we never had to wait long for a response, he was always available and happy to help.
