A very good service throughout from the team at Robinson Jackson, Lewisham branch, in selling the house. Everyone was aware of our sale when calling the branch, and it was particularly good to have Catherine as Sales Progressor keeping in contact with the whole chain and all their solicitors once a sale had been agreed. This proved to be a vital role in keeping the whole chain moving forward and completing. A very good team to work with.

I think it is generally accepted that estate agents don’t have very good reputations. This lot took the biscuit. The property was eventually sold but from the start they were deceitful and we are now trying to put the whole sorry experience behind us. I cannot recommend RJ

An experience that started off really well. Fast to market and do viewings over Covid and fast to get a few offers, however that’s where the good experience ends. The agent had mis-marketed the property, even though they had specific emails from us the seller, highlighting the aspects weren’t available - they had failed to pay attention to this detail. This then caused issues between us and the buyer - neither of us being at fault, but the agent expected us- the sellers to take a hit on price due to their mistake. The relationship turned sour as the agents didn’t take accountability and we didn’t feel like they were working for us the sellers and were simply just pushing for a quick sale on the back of their error. Long story short they became very unprofessional and unresponsive in their dealings with us, even marking the property as STC when we specifically asked them not to until we had the signed paper work from the buyer. They weren’t listening and stopped communicating effectively. It ended up being a very painful and unprofessional experience.

The team at Robinson Jackson were great from start to finish. Viewings were conducted even on Sundays, plus their communication and regular updates were great. Clearly a very experienced team and would certainly recommend.

Huge thank you to everyone at Robinson-Jackson who helped me purchase my first home. Communication was clear throughout the process, the agents always made time for me, and any queries I had were always resolved quickly. Special mentions to Ewa, Lily, and Lorraine who were incredibly helpful.

We purchased a one bedroom flat via Lewisham branch. we had excellent experience when working with Lily/Alan/Steve of the branch. From the flat viewing to offer acceptance to receive the keys etc, there was no stress for me as a buyer. They are always polite and patient and in my view, they are true professionals in their industry and I highly recommend their professional services

Robinson Jackson Lewisham team are very professional, flexible and helpful. We just bought a property with them and Chris the manager went above and beyond to help us to save the deal at the moment of crisis. They were also very flexible and helpful in arranging access for our tradesmen. I would not hesitate to recommend them to both residential buyers and investors and hope to have many more deals with them in the future

Everyone I have spoken to and spent time with at Robinson Jackson has been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They really invest time in understanding you and your wants/ needs and make extra effort to get you to where you want to be on the property market! As a first time buyer I felt supported and understood but never pressured into making a decision i wasn't sure about. I'll be continuing my search with them for sure!

Robinson Jackson were very helpful in us securing what has turned out to be our dream first home. Very pleased with it. Despite the owner of the property sometimes proving difficult, RJ worked hard to ensure everything kept moving forward and we ended up getting it over the line. Would recommend. J
