He clearly knew the local area really well and came with a really logically plan and evaluation for the sale. Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.
