They continue to ignore the many proofs presented against the landlord from his disrepair and several breaches of contract, making it impossible to reach any agreement. Therefore, I’d suggest you have your solicitors ready to take them to court since they will continue to deny everything based merely on their unknowledgeable opinion.

Dexters mis-manage the new builds at Oaklands Rise, NW10 6FY.The week before last week over 600 residents were left for 5 days without heating and hot water.Since Saturday, the heaters are failing again. I have all my heaters on 26 Degree Celsius, and they are only a tiny, tiny bit warm.It is again so cold in my flat (it is February and winter) that I am shivering with cold.Dexters are working hard to conceal all the many building defects and that there is no proper and consistent heating.Our only plant room for 5 or 7 or so buildings was flooded. It is in an area prone to flooding. Since all the pipes and electronics have been under water for over 4 days, Dexters and the developer Notting Hill Genesis operate 2 loud generators which are blocking the pedestrian pavement. I am paying a rent of almost 2000 Pounds and do not have consistent and normal and warm heating and never will. This is Dexters, the truth they do not want you to know.

I am shocked how the repairs for my flat that was mis-advertised as a luxury flat and for which I pay 1950 Pounds per month (and 200-300 for heating and hot water extra) are handled by Dexters.Basically: no foto and no video means no repairThis is insane.This is what they wrote to me:Could you also please clarify the below (I have put my queries in bold for ease) so I can ensure that all information is clearly reported to building management. Photos and or videos will be requested by building management to ensure the right engineer is deployed1. Cloudy eater which stems from air in the pipes- Please clarify what a cloudy eater is? Would you be able to send me a photo or video (whatever is easier to clarify what you are reporting please)2.there is a loud noise whenever my toilet flushes- Please could you send a video as this will be requested by the building management before deploying an engineer3.lock of balcony door fell out- Please could you send a photo so I can provide this to building management?4.lower board n kitchen not properly fiixed, pushed out- Please can you send a photo?5.the right wall next to the balcony door is showing a crack and I wonder if it may collapse at some time - Please can you send a photo so I can review and advise?Am I to spend a day on filming a toilet flush now?
