Jadasa was a tremendous, conscientious, and thorough resource for my wife and I as we settled into our flat managed by Dexters. The property was not in an ideal condition after the prior tenants' departure and required a lot of attention to bring things up to par. Jadasa masterfully managed the process, tactfully engaging both the owners and contractors to complete the various tasks in the most time efficient manner possible. Moving is always a gut wrenching experience but Jadasa helped ease many of the difficulties we encountered along the way. We are grateful for her help and vigilance and are hopeful Dexters recognizes her contributions to the company.

Great property management team

My family and I have several properties rented out by Dexters for a number of years now. I also have properties with different management agents and can honestly say they have been one of the best. Special thanks to Natasha Benedik for all she has done for me over the years, and the rest of her team including Lydia Beesley, Rachel Sapurco and John Miller - very proactive in getting new tenants in, quick to reply to emails and help sort out flat maintenance. All in all, a great property management team and highly recommend them.

Dexters - Chris McCandlish - Outstanding Property Manager

We live in Australia and Dexters have been our managing agents since 1999. Our principal contact in the firm changed to Chris McCandlish, the Head of Property Management and I have nothing but praise for his work on our behalf. So much so in fact that, only half jokingly, I told him that if he ever fancied a move 'down under', I'd definitely employ him. He's frank in his advice, active in finding the right solutions for you and rigorous in execution. Given the distance between us and the limitations imposed by the time difference, communication is all important. Chris has again set a very high bar, he's even called me a couple of times when its either been very early or very late in the UK. In summary, I can't recall a better property manager that I've dealt with, here or in the UK, in over 24 years. Chris is outstanding and I unreservedly recommend his services. If he ever left Dexter's I'd go with him.

My experience with Dexters has been great. Since I moved in to a property, whenever I have a maintenance issue, Donalina Gargrupe/Property Manager is absolutely lovely and helpful. Most recently I had a boiler issue and Dona has been very helpful and diligent, since she got my first e-mail reporting the issue. She e-mailed and called me many times to keep me updated and kept in contact with the vendor until it was all sorted. So, a BIG thank you!

Christian Pengelly is the best ever

I am dealing with Dexters for 5 years now, and I was not happy with them like I am now because Christian Pengelly is the head of property management. He is the best property manager I have ever dealt with. He is keen to solve every problem/ concern in the quickest time he can. He even sends the required emails during the call which I explain the problem in it. If I have the choice, Christian is the manager who I hope deal with him always, not anyone else.

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

My mum and stepdad were looking for a property to rent and found a studio they were interested in. An agent by the name of Ishaan was able to organise a viewing for them very quickly and efficiently. Ishaan has excellent communication skills and it was easy to talk to him. The viewing went well, Ishaan was professional and down to earth. The Ladywell Sebastian Roche team are fantastic! Very professional proactive and quick, at the same time as they deliver a very personal service with a lot of empathy and patience. After a number of very stressful events unfolded, I decided I had to put the house in the market. The team at SR did everything in their hands to find the type of tenants that I needed, without passing any of the stress to me. It felt like a really smooth process in a, otherwise, very stressful situation, for which I am very very grateful. Special thanks to Ashley for attending all my initial inquiries, despite the circumstances, offering all possible solutions from the start, for your kindness and empathy. And the same goes for Bishwas and George! They always received me with a smile, no matter how many times I went a called to their office (sorry George!). And Bishwas was amazing in dealing with the tenants and myself, throughout the referencing, contracts, reports and move in stages. Kept everything on check and me updated throughout. We used Sebastian Roche to sell our shared ownership flat. Caspian and Casey were incredibly helpful. From the initial meeting they were straight forward and clear with us on pricing/viewings and when we received an offer. We had a very tricky time with solicitors and they were really on the ball and helped get the sale through. Communication was good and they kept us well up to date throughout the process. Casey was very helpful and quick to reply to all calls or emails. Really would recommend them, we were very happy with the service we received and the professional nature of everyone we either spoke with or met from the Lewisham office.

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!

Brilliant team

Many thanks to Gaz, Alice and team for all their hard work and help with the sale of my property. Throughout all the many twists and turns they were there to move things along and Alice worked incredibly hard to make sure it was a success, going above and beyond while I was abroad. I couldn't have had better people handling it, I can't thank them enough. Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. This included making sure I was happy with the finished replaces from repair contractor Mr Totman who did a brilliant job restoring the side gate and gave advice to maintain it. Danilo - 5 stars for you!

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. Dexters need to re-examine their staff and need to hire more leads like Danilo in order to stand out in the market. Excellency at the peak, thank you!

The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list. Finally fix after 2 weeks of no "hot water"

I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done.
