Alice is a brilliant sales agent and part of a professional and efficient team at Dexter’s in Tooting. She expertly navigated the sale of our flat helping us overcome any obstacles and keeping us and the other party well informed at all times. Gaz runs the team and was also always on hand for any advice or help as was the team. We were really impressed with the service with received in the sale of our flat and would use them again.

Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. This included making sure I was happy with the finished replaces from repair contractor Mr Totman who did a brilliant job restoring the side gate and gave advice to maintain it. I will be happy to contact Dexter if there’s every a problem in the future and that’s the reason for 5 stars.

Danilo - 5 stars for you!

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. Dexters need to re-examine their staff and need to hire more leads like Danilo in order to stand out in the market. Excellency at the peak, thank you!

The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. I cannot thank them and Dexters enough as I could not manage it myself!!! Thank you Rachel and Tom! Rosannna

Jessica is a Joy to deal with

Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list. Jessica was professional, organized, friendly in demeanour, and clear in her communication both with me and with the landlord.

Finally fix after 2 weeks of no "hot water"

I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done. Every time I told her about an issue, she would be able to give me a call back the day after to update me the progress and status. This is so impressive.

James Gambardella and his Property Management team have been brilliant looking after my wife's investment flat in Twickenham. It is a managed Block and they have been brilliant working with the external management company when we had issues with another flat causing damage to our flat. Have been using Dexters in Ealing for a few years now. Despite with a bad tenant they got for me (with significant rent arrears), but that was not something people could foresee. Overall I am happy with their services - they are responsive, and when problems occur, there is always someone available to take responsibilities. Don't choose any other estate agent but Dexters. The Isleworth branch is particularly excellent. I got valuations from multiple estate agents until I saw Zain from Dexters. He was professional, straightforward and fair.Throughout the selling process there were a number of snags - none of which were the fault of Dexters but nonetheless, they were there to advise and help whenever I needed. Sonia was fantastic in pushing the sale through. Janine played an instrumental role getting the sale of my house over the line. Renters be aware check the flat a few days ago you move in

I was supposed to move in my flat today but Chiswick Dexters failed us.I was rang by the person who does the inventory check to get the keys. When we got there, we were shocked by the state of the flat that was left that we were told professionally cleaned and ready to move in.The state of the flat was;- There were lots of rubbish and stuff left in the property including cupboards, loft wardrobes and under the beds.- Wasn't event domestically cleaned let alone professionally- Dirty rug at reception room- Damaged Carpet in the Loft Bedroom- Newly Crack, and Chipped Paint in the Loft Bedroom- Floating shelves in the first floor bedroom- Broken Shelf in the Kitchen Cupboards- Bubbling veneer on a kitchen cabinet- Mouldy Bins- Button missing off a light dimmer switch- loose wooden ledge in the bathroom- Downstairs bedroom ceiling cracks- Cracked Tile in the kitchen splash backWe had to move our furniture to storage and stay at hotel at our costs until this is sorted out.AVOID if you can.

Dexters were great in handling the sale…

Dexters were great in handling the sale of my newly converted property by developers but the developers Jutlander turned into cowboys. And Dexters were keen to stay on the side of business rather than the experience of the seller. We are appalled by their lack of understanding of legal responsibility. They should be trying to put this right as Wimbledon is a small area and it’s a community connected. We can hamper further sales simply by word of mouth. Only 3 weeks in and I feel we’re having a cowboy experience (3xflats). I don’t think the developers were experienced enough to understand that by law they are considered developers and that there is a defects period. We have only just moved in. Little action on serious things.
