My experience with Dexters has been pleasant. Ever S nice Jada had taken over the management responsibilities of my property, all issues were being addressed with utmost care and promptly. She is on the ground the moment we raise an issue or concern in relation to property. She has taken the effort to personally visit and inspect the issue and bring it to a resolution in no matter of time. Going that extra mile.....

Dexters (and Thamesview) have been managing my flat in Chiswick for many years and I found the experience mostly positive with only the occasional hiccup - to be expected when you let your property for twenty odd years. This year has been difficult though - problems with the outgoing tenant, looking to secure a new tenant and significant repairs, maintenance and refurbishment all going on during the transition.Because I live abroad this resulted in many email exchanges, plus telephone calls with various property managers and I felt I was not making much headway, constantly having to explain my needs whenever I was connected to a different manager. Everyone was trying to be helpful but it was frustrating so often to be passed around to people new to me.That all changed when Vanessa Barroso took over as my "go to" property manager. She impressed me immediately with her professional manner, work ethic and situation awareness. Nothing was too hard, whether it was tracking down contractors for quotes, sourcing important documents such as EPC, Electrical or Gas reports and many other tasks. The responses she gave were always prompt and the feedback clear and concise. When the decision was made eventually to sell, she assisted me greatly with the completion of the property information forms including fittings and contents.That "extra mile" she so often went was and is much appreciated. So thank you Dexters and thank you Vanessa. Wish you all the very best.

Jadasa was a tremendous, conscientious, and thorough resource for my wife and I as we settled into our flat managed by Dexters. The property was not in an ideal condition after the prior tenants' departure and required a lot of attention to bring things up to par. Jadasa masterfully managed the process, tactfully engaging both the owners and contractors to complete the various tasks in the most time efficient manner possible. Moving is always a gut wrenching experience but Jadasa helped ease many of the difficulties we encountered along the way. I have two apartments under the full management of Dexters Lee Estate. That has been nearly 4 years, and I am very satisfied with their rental services. It is extremely unsettling and anxiety provoking to be required to move from your rental accommodation after 11 years. This is my situation and I entirely understand why my present landlady has to sell her property. This is how I found myself in when I became involved in searching for a new rented flat a few months ago. The Agent representative who has helped me is Angel of Dexters, Lee, London. Angel was swift, obliging and helpful in arranging a viewing. The property seemed satisfactory at the time and I paid a holding deposit. Angel efficiently and helpfully guided me through the next steps of completing forms and details for the next steps of checking finances & references. I had had some trouble completing all the necessary forms. Angel patiently guided me through completion of these at her office base. My anxiety was substantial and Angel patiently helped me through it. After a few days away from London, working, I realised that the property I had been negotiating for was not what I most wanted and I cancelled the arrangement. Although disappointed, Angel was really professional and understanding. Of course she was curious about my reasons and clarified my uncertainties. However, she advised and understood in a way which left me feeling understood. If I need to I have no hesitation about returning for her help and professional involvement. I have really appreciated Angel's patience and consideration. I have enjoyed her lightheartedness, when appropriate, and her serious discussion when appropriate. I have no hesitation about recommending Dexters' of Lee London and especially their agent, Angel.

My partner and I have been in the search for flats for over 2 months, with no luck. Our offers often were not accepted, and we had to chase agents down to find that out. We messaged Dexters Lee about a property, as our last hope to stay in London. We were able to view the place the next day, we put an offer down, and got our offer accepted that same day. We were able to move in just a week later. The whole lettings team was extraordinarily helpful and responsive during our reference checks, especially James, the primary agent we worked with. They were understanding of our less than ideal time frame and situation(s). I would definitely rent with this office again!

Very professional and friendly

Walked in to their Surbiton office on a Saturday and Hope was super lovely and friendly. She showed us some options, and we even viewed a property with her in the afternoon. I find Dexters very professional and reliable, even though we end up not progressing with that particular property, I definitely would reach out to them again in the future especially when I am ready to buy because they seem to be really genuine with their customers and knows what's best out there.

Teddington branch have been great

The team at the Teddington branch have been amazing and professional from day one. Especially Donalina and Jessica, both of whom have been fantastic at managing the property, getting maintenance issues quickly sorted and keeping both myself and the tenant updated at all times. They have been extremely pleasant to work with, and as a first time landlord, Donalina has made it as stress-free as possible. Dexters - Chris McCandlish - Outstanding Property Manager

We live in Australia and Dexters have been our managing agents since 1999. Our principal contact in the firm changed to Chris McCandlish, the Head of Property Management and I have nothing but praise for his work on our behalf. So much so in fact that, only half jokingly, I told him that if he ever fancied a move 'down under', I'd definitely employ him. He's frank in his advice, active in finding the right solutions for you and rigorous in execution. Given the distance between us and the limitations imposed by the time difference, communication is all important. Chris has again set a very high bar, he's even called me a couple of times when its either been very early or very late in the UK. In summary, I can't recall a better property manager that I've dealt with, here or in the UK, in over 24 years. Chris is outstanding and I unreservedly recommend his services. If he ever left Dexter's I'd go with him.

My experience with Dexters has been great. Since I moved in to a property, whenever I have a maintenance issue, Donalina Gargrupe/Property Manager is absolutely lovely and helpful. Most recently I had a boiler issue and Dona has been very helpful and diligent, since she got my first e-mail reporting the issue. Christian Pengelly is the best ever

Can't thank Myra enough...

I have had a great experience with Dexters as my property management company, but I want to give a special mention to my property management consultant, Myra Mettam. I have been letting my property for nearly 5 years, and Myra has been my continued support during the time at my flat. Myra is fast acting, efficient, empathetic and a total delight to liaise with. Every time I have had an issue at my property (and there have been many as it is an old building: faulty boiler, blocked toilet, shower not working etc). Myra has been on hand to find a very quick solution, she really is a magic maker and I couldn't ask for more from her. Myra also often exceeds my expectations with her quick turnaround times and she is an excellent communicator. The Dexter's leadership team should feel very lucky to have her!

Natasha and her team contributed to a positive experience

Overall positive experience of using Dexters. Natasha and her team have been very good in managing the property.I have deducted 1-star due to inconsistencies between letting teams - One office forced us (renters) to pay 1 months worth of early-termination fees on the contract despite the rent going up considerably. I understand this is well within their rights but with another office I (Landlord) was told that Dexters would waive the fees for my outgoing tenant who was leaving with 1 month left on the contract so felt slightly cheated!

Brilliant team

Many thanks to Gaz, Alice and team for all their hard work and help with the sale of my property. Throughout all the many twists and turns they were there to move things along and Alice worked incredibly hard to make sure it was a success, going above and beyond while I was abroad. I couldn't have had better people handling it, I can't thank them enough.
