They have handled upgrade works and day-to-day maintenance to complete satisfaction, as well as move in/move out, rent collection and adherence to legislation. They need to be more selective with the landlords that they work with. We have been waiting for the landlord to approve something for 4 months. Apparently the landlord hasn’t replied in 4 months. Dexters says they can’t do anything without landlord approval. This has been an awful experience so far.

GoogleTerrible experience while attempting to sell my flat (forest hill). Since Richard Riley left in early 2022 their service has declined massively. My buyers wrote a letter to me because they were worried that messages were not getting through (they weren’t). They never reurned calls from other agents in the chain, they rarely returned my calls, they have not told me that my sale has fallen through for at least a week now (the buyers told me directly). Pre-sale they were very good but that was back in 2021! Several times the phrase ‘that is not the service we aspire to provide’ which initially sounds thoughtful, but after several uses it loses its shine.

Worst agency ever. I've been with KFH for years and they were just amazing. Dexters Property Manager team just cares about the landlord. If you have an issue you have to call them many times, and IF it gets sorted, it takes a long time. (it took 3 weeks to fix my washing machine the 1st time, 2 weeks the second time and so many other issues just IGNORED). When you call them, each person you talk to tells you something different. They always say they are going to call you back to give you an update and they never do. They just IGNORE you. This is so disappointing and just unprofessional. I'm looking forward the end of my contract and never going to use this agency again.

When making recommendations for repairs or renewals she is always ready to explain and discuss them with me and, once agreed, keeps track to make sure they are satisfactorily completed.
