We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. Honestly have never had a good experience with the team at dexters! All issues we report are either not believed or take forever to sort out. Was left in a property with NO POWER or HEATING for 9 HOURS with a 3 year old! There's no care or empathy or urgency. Instead of making sure tenants have been updated they just end their day leaving you with no answers or updates. I feel for all renters through dexters if they're treated how we are!
