I walked into PJE in Brockley and was given a really warm welcome by Lee Davis the Senior Branch Manger. He was courteous and got up to open the door for me as I was struggling with my pram (something the other agents I'd visited that day didn't do!). I'm looking for a rental property for my family and Lee took the time to understand my requirements properly, and get me on track immediately to finding something suitable. He is a real professional, and comes out as one of the best agents I've dealt with (and I have met a lot in my many property searches!)

The team were a great help from start to finish during our sales process, we had a really positive experience with them. We lost an initial offer due to unavoidable circumstances but Lee and George quickly helped us get back on the market with viewings and we had a second offer within a week or so for the same price which has successfully completed. I would highly recommend these guys, they have local business vibe without being too small to not get noticed on the market. Very Happy

Lied and mislead

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

Dexters will not care about you

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.
