Lee (Peter James, Brockley) completely understood us as clients. We knew immediately that we were going to engage Lee to sell our property because he talked TO us and not AT us. His advice and guidance throughout the sale process was invaluable, so much so that our property sold within three weeks. Unlike other estate agents we had seen, Lee didn't throw statistics at us, we never felt we were being forced to do anything we weren't t comfortable with; and he even negotiated the purchase of our new house. He went above and beyond what we expected of an estate agent. Lee, George and Alvin were quite simply brilliant, whenever we had the occasion to drop into the Brockley office we were always made to feel welcome and accommodated. It was a pleasure to deal with Peter James for the purchase of my new house. After Alvin helped us with the viewing, I dealt mostly with Lee Davis who offered great advice and was swift to respond during the negotiations. I felt he understood my position and was working for the best outcome for both parties. I was happy we reached a fair result and once we had the offer accepted, the house was taken off the market immediately. Whenever there was a delay in the process Lee worked hard to keep things moving. Lee and his team were always true to their word and with good humour helped to lighten stressful situations! Let down by poor communication within the company

Unfortunately we were let down by this letting agent yesterday. We had a 6pm viewing for a house in Hayes, I drove 1h in rush hour traffic to visit the property and on arriving I was met by the agent who informed me that the locks had been changed that day and his key did not work, so we could not access the property.He was very apologetic and I understand he was also frustrated as he himself had spent 45 minutes travelling to the property.He did offer to rearrange a viewing but I was so disappointed in the lack of organisation (how can it be that locks are changed and the letting agent/property managers are not informed?) and frustrated at the waste of my time and petrol (2 hours round trip) that I will not be using this company going forwards.I would have left 1 star but the letting agent was truly apologetic and did remain professional in the situation.
