I have recently dealt with Ellie…

I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts. We had a slight issue at check-in and Ellie handled the matter very promptly even meeting me on-site personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wetherells. From the dealings I have had with her, I would say she is an asset to the organisation and you are lucky to have her!

Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. I didn't go in there to buy a house. I didn't go in there to rent a flat, and I certainly didn't expect to leave with a massive smile on my face. Lets face it Estate Agents do get a bit of a bad wrap. Lee the manager and all the staff were really helpful, and being Local themselves went out of their way to help me. We are currently trying to save a tiny piece of land from developers and on the off chance I popped in yesterday to see if they could help us Lee immediately leapt to his feet and lent me a book and an ordinance survey map to help us. and we chatted about the local area. and they all have great knowledge of it. If I was buying a house this is where I'd go. So thanks From me and the local community for all your help with the Save Duncombe Hill Green campaign.

From the moment Lee from Brockley entered our home to carry out a requested valuation he demonstrated a genuine interest and desire to sell our property. He was the consumate professional from start to finish and inspired us with confidence that he was the best person to manage our sale. We invited 3 estate agents to value our home and selected Peter James because of the enthusiasm exhibited by Lee and his team. From the first visit to exchange we felt supported and were hugely impressed by the high levels of communication and care taken over meeting our needs as clients. Visits were organised and supervised by an informed negotiator and an offer above the asking price was made on our home within a week of being advertised. Whilst it took longer than expected to get to exchange, throughout the process we felt supported by Lee and his staff and were totally overwhelmed by his involvement with the purchase of our new home, securing it at a really good price. We can not recommend Peter James highly enough for their excellent work.
