TrustpilotHelpful agents
Stephanie from Cubitt and West came to talk through the letting of my flat recently. She obviously understood my situation and offered me a choice of solutions. I felt supported throughout the whole process and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to let their property.

TrustpilotDo not use their solicitors!!!!
Nothing against Cubitt and West as such but DO NOT use their in house solicitor DC Law. Once they have a deposit from you, you will never be able to contact them again!! Use a local solicitor!! I’ve read no good reviews and I’ve been caught out, lucky it’s not held up a purchase or sale but I cannot get my money back!!
