I would highly recommend Stewart & his team for all aspects of buying and selling your home. Stewart marketed our property in 2020, the photos and video tour used were second to none, setting a very high standard in the industry. We were also given realistic expectations on the value of our property as Stewart has great knowledge of the local market and the process was explained in detail. We had an influx of viewers and our home was sold within a week. The process was smooth and Alison communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us up to date. Over the course of the next year Stewart and his team contacted us regularly advising of properties coming to the market that may be of interest to us, arranging viewings and giving advice. In November 2021 we then purchased our new home through Stewart, again the service we received was excellent. We also made an appointment with Paul, to discuss our mortgage options, again a very professional service. Paul took the time to discuss the various mortgages available to us and the details associated with each. Once we had chosen a suitable product Paul took care of all the paperwork, communicated with the the mortgage company and removed all the stress from us. Thank you for such a positive experience, can’t recommend enough!

When we were house hunting a few years ago Your Move were head and shoulders above all others with providing information, arranging viewings and most of all being friendly. When we recently decided to sell our flat they were our obvious first choice. Well they certainly didn’t disappoint. Stewart priced the flat realistically and it sold within 2 weeks. There was a few hiccups during completion which were completely down to our lawyer but Michelle was brilliant and kept in contact and kept the buyers updated. I really can’t praise them enough and nothing ever seemed a hassle to them. Special thanks to Stewart and Michelle who we dealt with but sure it is a team effort so thanks to everyone at Your Move in Leven and if we ever sell again we’ll be sure to use them. I can't stress enough how well Stuart Filshill and his team performed for us. We had the opportunity of a house move at very short notice which meant we had to get our flat on the market as soon as possible. Stuart arranged to come and photograph our flat the very next day. The flat was on the market the day after and was sold within four days. They guided us on the closing date which proved a great move and resulted in us being able to make the move we wanted. Without doubt the best estate agents I've ever come across. Despite living across the country, i felt that from the initial meeting with Stewart, I'd known them for ever (not in the least bit over bearing). Nothing was too much trouble and they were more than happy to help out in an effort to reduce the amount of visits i needed to make. Michelle the Manager was the most attentive, helpful and thoughtful person i could have hoped for. Ross was always very patient and kind.
