Very grateful to Paul and Lynne in the Your Move lettings team for the utterly first-rate, friendly, and personalised service provided during our recent move. We mainly dealt with Paul, who went above and beyond at every stage of the process, and was incredibly kind and professional in his interactions with us; both in explaining and guiding us through each stage and setting expectations on timings etc, which had a really positive impact on our overall stress levels. Even after we signed the tenancy agreement and got the keys, the aftercare and attention to detail from both was just fantastic.
