Throughout the whole process we've experienced friendly and professional service, and our strong impression is of a hard working team at the top of their game in the local market. We were given realistic, sound advice on how best to market the property, and were delighted with the quality of the pictures and marketing material produced. The video tour, featuring drone shots from above, really made the house stand out and showed it in its best light. The end result was to secure the highest possible price for the property, in the shortest time to sale, and so we owe a great deal of thanks to Stewart, Caroline, Michelle, and Alison.

FacebookI would highly recommend Stewart & his team for all aspects of buying and selling your home. Stewart marketed our property in 2020, the photos and video tour used were second to none, setting a very high standard in the industry. We were also given realistic expectations on the value of our property as Stewart has great knowledge of the local market and the process was explained in detail. We had an influx of viewers and our home was sold within a week. The process was smooth and Alison communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us up to date. Over the course of the next year Stewart and his team contacted us regularly advising of properties coming to the market that may be of interest to us, arranging viewings and giving advice. In November 2021 we then purchased our new home through Stewart, again the service we received was excellent. We also made an appointment with Paul, to discuss our mortgage options, again a very professional service. Paul took the time to discuss the various mortgages available to us and the details associated with each. Once we had chosen a suitable product Paul took care of all the paperwork, communicated with the the mortgage company and removed all the stress from us. Thank you for such a positive experience, can’t recommend enough!

FacebookWe have had the pleasure of working with Stewart Filshill and his team, Caroline, Michelle and Alison over the past two years in which he marketed and sold two properties and was recommended to sell another family members property also. From initial meeting to final conclusion, the service, professionalism and communication was first class, timely and efficient. Our property was marketed as soon as lockdown restrictions lifted in June 2020 and Stewart did not disappoint. As well as maintaining all protocols around Covid, our property was sold within the week, the conveyancing thereafter was seamless. At a time during the pandemic when we were unsure as to what might happen, Stewart was positive and reassuring and I need not have worried. Needless to say I did not hesitate when we required an estate agent this year to front a campaign which would normally have been outwith the Your Move Leven perimeters. Granted full permissions and authorities, Stewart and his team worked their magic and made it happen for us. I had every confidence in Stewart and his team and cannot thank them enough for taking all the hard work and stress out of selling the property for us. Thankyou Stewart and we'll done!
