GoogleGreat people when they are taken your rent money, but totally unbelievable when you go to leave. The pull your pants down and rob you for everything they can

Dear Mr Cole, We are very sorry but somewhat surprised to hear you feel this way. What a shame that you felt it was necessary to post it on here almost 14 months after your tenancy ended. You could have contacted our agency to discuss any issues or concerns you had back in Jan 2021 where we would have been more than happy to have reviewed any concerns raised and addressed them accordingly. I think you'll find our agency and the owners were more than accommodating when you requested to terminate the tenancy agreement early when an issue was raised and you had to vacate the property all of a sudden, which is turn a few things at the property were left unsatisfactory which required putting back to its original condition as to when the tenancy started. As I've stated above, a simple phone call a year ago could have been an option to discuss any issues which could have been addressed in a more appropriate manner. If you still feel that there is anything further you would like to discuss with us, please can I ask that you contact us directly.

What a joker, have a look at the comments they leave for other business, why don’t you tell us about your experience instead of hiding behind a low star rating.
