GoogleI have been renting my flats through Scott and Stapleton for over 10 years. As usual, my most recent experience has been outstanding. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I was provided with a number of suitable tenants. Many thanks to Rob and Millie for their excellent advice and support throughout.

GoogleWhen my mum passed we needed to obtain a valuation for Probate purposes. We contacted 3 local Estate Agents the third of which was Rob Kahl from Scott and Stapleton. His professionalism immediately stood out. His relaxed style put us at ease during this stressful time. On this basis we decided to choose the company to act on our behalf for the sale. He was up front with the fees and was the only agent to advise us of the added VAT costs.We were kept up to date at every point. Viewings were arranged within a short period and we accepted an offer from the fourth prospective buyer. Completion took place 6 months after listing. Rob and his team had to contend with many rental properties coming to market as a result of tax changes for landlords. They worked so hard for us. I would thoroughly recommend Scott and Stapleton to anyone buying or selling property in this area. Thank you again Rob

GoogleI came across Scott & Stapleton last year when they took over the management of Leigh Marina, my advice is stay well clear, and do not use Scott & Stapleton. Adele Moore is so rude, she has no customer service skills whatsoever and they most certainly do not act in the best interest of the customer. They are a shambles. This organisation is horrific, do not deal with them.

Sam is an expert on the local letting market and offered invaluable information to help me with my new tenancy. I was able to secure a fantastic property, quickly with no hiccups along the way. GoogleI moved from Scotland, another letting agent company bailed out on me, a few days before moving. Scott and Stapleton assisted to get a new place, although, it was not a smooth process, due to the circumstances, Scott and Stapleton did all they could, to ensure we were temporarily placed somewhere for 6weeks. Anthony and Sam were so helpful! The landlord for the property was not relatable, however, no fault on the part of Scott and Stapleton!

GoogleI dealt with Anthony at Scott & Stapleton for my recent move and I could not have been happier with the service I received. Anthony showed incredible empathy to my situation and without him I would not be sitting happily in my new surroundings right now. Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful staff. I wish I had read the other reviews before I had signed the tenancy agreement with Scott and Stapleton. They do not represent the best interests of the tenants. My advice would be to undertake your due diligence before signing any legal documents with this company.

GoogleI recently purchased a property from Scott and Stapleton and the service they provided was 5 star! We first made contact with Rob who arranged our first viewing. The communication was excellent and I was kept up to date regularly. Chloe Mitchell took over and looked after the progression of my purchase, liaising with myself, the seller and our solicitors. Chloe was brilliant and to top it off she brought over a lovely bottle of bubbly and a balloon congratulating us on completion! Would 100% recommend. Thanks again!

Sam and the team at Scott & Stapleton are not good property agents...they are superb property agents! Communication, professionalism and a real "can do" attitude means that I will definitely use them again

GoogleGreat experience with Scott & Stapleton who were acting on behalf of our vendors, so not even directly for ourselves; but we received regular updates, and replies to enquiries were super quick. Chloe was brilliant and went out of her way to ensure the process went a smoothly as possible, even personally dropping the keys on completion to save us waiting in the office. Would use again without hesitation.

GoogleI needed to find a home fairly quickly due to a family bereavement. Lois and Anthony were incredible. They were understanding of our needs and helped us find and move into our new home in a matter of weeks. GoogleI don't recommend this agency!!! They're very unprofessional, they was very unfair with me I don't know why!!! I was applied for a rent 1 bedroom flat, I was the first person applied and called them plenty of time, every time I called them they said someone gonna call me but I didn't get any call from them. Finally again I called them requesting to book the flat but they saying fully booked now!!!!!! How can this possible that I was fullfill all the requirements they wanted and I have exellent credit score, I don't have any kids or pets, I was ready to pay deposit whatever they want. Truely it was very rediculas and very very unfair. Please don't do this. This's so unfair!!!!!!

GoogleI used Scott & Stapleton to sell my mum's bungalow, the service I received was excellent from Chloe & Rob & all involved, even tho there was a few hic ups with buyers they acted very professionally & with understanding, there was no hassling when I first got estate agents round to access my property plus I was recommended them from a friend. So I would recommend them now.
