Amazing from start to finish, Andy was our primary estate agent and he was always on hand to help us or answer any questions. He always went above and beyond, and made us feel safe during a highly stressful time. Amanda was our sale progressor. She was immediate in her response to anything and everything. If they didn’t have the answer to hand, they would find it. We had some delays with the exchange due to another seller, but we were always kept in the loop and always knew they were pushing on our behalf. We were also always greeted with help from other members of staff when our primary’s were out of the office. Could not recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if I had the need and will 100% be suggesting them to any friends and family that are thinking of moving.

Been dealing with Durden and Hunt since November trying to purchase our first property. Being first time buyers neither myself or my boyfriend had much clue of the buying process, however from the very start Amanda and Andy have been great with us. It has not been an easy journey due to many issues along the way, however Amanda kept us updated at every stage. She was able to answer every question we had and at times felt like she was doing multiple people’s jobs. We also spoke with Lynda at times who was equally as helpful. Andy and Amanda where absolutely brilliant ! I have no words to thank Andy for all his patience and honesty. I did had multiple experiences with other estate agence over the years but non of them managed to gain my trust as Andy did ( hence I finally purchased my first property) The communication was flawless as well…. always answering to any little question. Just brilliant. Amanda was absolutely amazing in smoothing out all the sale process. I met Andy for a property purchase, from the get go he was on the spot he followed up with vendor and arranged appointments and viewings swiftly, he also connected me to a brillient mortgage advisor who helped me secure a better deal at that time on the last minute as due to the regional middle eastern conflict the rates were rising.
