We would highly recommend Thorps estate agents , David came out to our home and instantly we could tell his team would be the right people to sell our property, no pushy sales pitch just extremely professional and honest. They sold our house within a week😊 Faultless service, nothing was to much trouble , they always answered our questions and returned our calls and couldn’t do enough for us. We would also recommend having the video tour it was well worth the money. Thank you to all the team and wishing you all the best for the future . 😊

I can't thank Emma and David at Thorps enough. Our house was sold within a week, seven weeks later we've completed and living at our new house. David had excellent knowledge of the local market, and was very confident we would would be able to achieve the asking price, which we did with a cash buyer. I would not recommend these guys - property was on the market for 11 weeks until i pulled it off due to not one single viewing and no communication. For whatever reason, Thorps do not contact you. Just an update every now and then would of been nice, but not even that- not what you expect from an estate agent. Very poor service from a bunch of amateurs. By far the worse estate agents that i have ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

We can't praise David and the sales team highly enough. We had to sell at a distance and they were brilliant. They got lots of viewings and we had offers in very quickly. When the gales blew the fence down close to completion they arranged for the repair. They did many other things to make what could have been a painful process completely painless. Thank you so much.

Thorps estate agents provided a fantastic service to us when we were selling our home; always very quick and responsive to all our enquiries about progress and we sold our property within a month for the asking price! What more can you ask for? We chose Thorps to market our home in Enderby, as they are a family owned business and didn't give us the 'hard sell'.
