Excellent service! We recently completed a sale and purchase with Thorp's and our house wasn't even on the market when we first saw our dream home. Thorp's worked quickly to put our house on the market and we had a buyer within a few days. We mainly dealt with David, who was fantastic and definitely not pushy, Emma and Andrea were fantastic too and responded quickly to any queries we had and also brilliant at keeping in contact with our buyer and all the solicitors. David and his team are the best. We put our house on the market with Thorp's in December last year. We had 3 different estate agents look at our property with quite different valuations. David's valuation was alot higher than the other 2, but he made us feel comfortable that he could sell at this price. Considering that houses were not selling fast within 1 week we had sold our house and it was all down to Thorp's. We finally moved on 15th March this year and all the way through the process Thorp's kept us informed, were very professional and made moving home very easy.

I have been viewing one of house.i like it and offered one day after but they told me “has been accepted one of offer and asked my offer.it was so wrong to ask my offer but really I wanted that house.that’s why I gave offer and got accepted.they told me “will sort everything” I waited two days but no action.I called them.they said vendor gave up and gave house previous person.in this case this is no one had mistake,except agency;mr David.becuase they tried to sell bigger amount for bigger commission but them play with people.so I don’t advice buy from this agency because if you check reviews.mostly seller comments.it means them playing with buyers.i have all conversations if they will refuse it
