No problem with SDL Auctions they are speedy and polite but beware of the Solicitors they suggest you might like to use.One of their suggested Solicitors quoted me for a simple sale only £900 and possibly a lot more from a whole raft of additional charges. My local Solicitor charges for the same work inclusive was £350.80!!!Buyer beware
