Dear Jarrad Thank you for your feedback, We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced due to damage from the flat above your apartment. We understand how frustrating this may be. We have made every effort to liaise between parties and the management company to get this fixed as soon as possible and deal with insurers. Until this was assessed etc we were unable to progress to rectify things for you. We want to clarify that we have offered you an early release from your tenancy without penalty due to these circumstances. However, we appreciate that you chose to renew your contract with us despite these challenges. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are taking all necessary steps to prevent such issues in the future. Please be assured that these works are being scheduled to be carried out to the apartment and we will be contacting you shortly to arrange. Once again our apologies for the inconvenience you have encountered.
