GoogleVery poor. Won't accept responsibility for property issues and have an excuse for everything rather than fixing any issues for you. As other reviews say, staff don't respect you and speak to you as if you're stupid.

GoogleI was renting with Leicester Lettings Co (now Livingstone Property) for 18 months and never had an issue. The team were always quick to answer the phone and helpful. Any issue I had to report was dealt with quickly and resolved without much inconvenience to myself. Would happily rent with them again.

GoogleBest estate agents I ever used in my nearly 10 years in Leicester. Always contactable via e-mail, and available to solve any of the (small) issues I had with my flat in the 18 months or so I lived there. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy daughter rented student accommodation from them, in fact it was the flats above them. The service provided was adequate the flats themselves were excellent. Price wise probably above average but the accomodations are nice. The staff were always friendly, helpful and professional.

GoogleRented a shared student house with Livingstone 2 years ago now. Always very professional and quick to help us if we had any problems with the house. All the bills and admin fees were explained to us clearly. Would highly recommend!
