GoogleDave from Livingstone has been great from start to finish. We had our whole house painted and we are really pleased with the outcome. Dave is professional, friendly and flexible - he was kind enough to juggle his work around us. Thank you to him and his team and we would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI moved into a Livingstone owned property for my second and third year of university and it’s been such a breeze! I’ve heard horror stories of other students with difficult landlords and Livingstone are nothing alike. Any issue big or small we have had in our flat, they are so quick to respond and deal with very thoroughly. GoogleNeil, Chris and the team have always been helpful, efficient and pragmatic. Their approach is really fair for tenants and landlords. As landlord who has been with them for 6 years, I can think of no reason why I would want to switch. Reliability and professionalism - the perfect combination.

GoogleLivingstone Property is a well managed company, which is renting our property out for us, their service is absolutely amazing as they are always easy to contact and anytime ready to sort out any issues with landlord or tenant in no time. If you get to read the services they supply for landlords on their web you will notice a huge difference as the list of services they do goes on and on in a very positive way. As a landlord having dealt with other agencies, Livingston Property Is the best out there in the market. If you want to be a peaceful landlord just go for Livingstone Property you will realize a positive difference in a short time. GoogleRented via Livingstone for a year now and they're brilliant. From initial viewing through to moving in they were organised and friendly. Office staff are always quick to reply if I've had issues or teething problems (e.g. I wasn't sure how to work the boiler, later I also had an issue with the guttering - they were quick to help me both times). Chris, Neil and Rebecca are usually who I speak with and they can't do enough to make sure I feel safe and supported. Very happy to have found this agency. Rental properties are priced fairly too. Happy customer!

GoogleHave been with Livingstone for a year now, and choosing to stay with them for another year as always provide a fair and consistent service for tenants. Neil and Rebecca are always responsive to emails and phone calls, sort any problems out asap and are really great in helping find houses that suited our group well, despite our more awkward needs!

GooglePositives: Chris the maintainance man. What a lovely gentleman who will help you whenever you need it. Also livingstone did get me a new mattress which was actually really nice. Negatives : hidden admin fees Lack of respect for students (I had issues with noise from a neighbouring property and was kindly told to deal with it) Major issues take a long time to get fixed (we had boiler issues for about the first 5 months) The attitude of the staff in general. Unfriendly and intimidating

GoogleWe've had a very positive experience renting with Livingstone for >3 years. Any issues or challenges we have had with our property (which has been very few) have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication has always been friendly and clear, and our moving out process has gone smoothly. We would recommend Livingstone to other renters.

GoogleI rented from LLC and it was an experience I will learn from, they were very rude and don't respect me as a 'Student' from the University of Leicester. They were very difficult to talk to and provided me with little or no support. Also don't trust what they say, look at the contract before signing ,specially the fees for damages. They told me and my house mates that each person is responsible for damage to their own room but this is not the case when the deposit goes over, they charge everyone after that. If you are a student like me, go for agents that will respect you. I wish that nobody goes through the same experience I did.

The man on the phone who booked us in for the viewing was really lovely and friendly and Neil (the man who took us on the viewing) was incredibly helpful and friendly. Seems like a transparent estate agents and were hoping to rent off them in the near future.

GoogleWe have had our rental properties managed by Livingstones ever since they first went into business. many years ago. We have always been impressed with the service, provided prompt return of phone calls, ease with which they manage everything from advertising the properties to checking out prospective tenants, monitoring and maintaining the properties, organising repairs and queries etc. Highly recommended

GoogleVery poor. Won't accept responsibility for property issues and have an excuse for everything rather than fixing any issues for you. As other reviews say, staff don't respect you and speak to you as if you're stupid.
