GoogleI have been using Haart Lettings for about 2 years now, service used to be great but so not much lately. The manager doesn't respond to calls or emails and Haart rely on small print in their T&Cs for hidden charges, not very transparent you could say. Might be time to look elsewhere upon the next tenancy.

GoogleAWFUL ESTATE AGENTS. I have called this agents three times now. Every time they say someone will call me back to arrange a viewing and they never call back!!!

GoogleLettings department never pick up the phone. Always too busy. I dont know how theyre even conducting any viewings. Been two weeks since ive been trying to contact them but all false promises, they say give me your name and number and someone will call you back...still waiting after two weeks.
