Dear George, Thank you for your review. We are very bewildered, however, to receive one star given the issues you experienced were post completion and issues that are simply not our responsibility. I understand, further to speaking to your solicitor, that she advised you of this also. Should you wish to discuss anything further or require further clarification on the process then please feel welcome to contact us or speak to your solicitor. Should we not speak again, we wish you all the best in your new home.
