GoogleI would leave 0 stars if I could. If you left a bunch of 5 year old’s to run this agency they would still do a better job. The most incompetent and rude staff we have ever encountered. We told them our moving in date 2 months prior, 2 days before it they say the property isn’t ready and there’s nothing they can do about it. Additionally they fail to take any accountability for their mistakes or even sound apologetic. Please avoid this agency at all cost, if you value your sanity and money.

GoogleOnly needed to resign contract due to a change in rent. Someone managed to mess it up and told Goodlord that we were new tenants rather than current tenants. We've now had new utility accounts set up in our names and expected to pay twice when we already had accounts set up. This has caused a lot of stress and taken hours to get this sorted.
Please ensure all your staff are trained and competent, and teach them to apologise and own up to their mistakes rather than blaming us for ticking a box which we shouldn't have even been able to tick in the first place as existing tenants!!!!
They also pass you on to someone else to deal with your issue - can't even be bothered to sort it out themselves.
Something so simple as resigning a contract has turned into a massive palaver all because of Arch Living.
Avoid if you can.

GoogleI have been here in the UK for the past two years and never have I ever interacted with such a rude, useless, and opaque letting agency. They will do anything to squeeze money out of the tenants. The tenancy agreement is in total contradiction to what they have told us during the initial appointment and the property viewing. When we have confronted them about this, their response in a rude way was "These are our rules, take it or leave it". After we have confirmed that we are professionals who have recently completed the master's, one of their agents, by the name Lohit, kept repeating the same question again and again as he "FELT" that one of our friends is, in his words and I quote, "DODGY". Steer clear of this agency if you can.

Their houses are not up to living standards and they blackmail students and come into the house unannounced at ALL hours of the day (and night 🫥)
My toilet has been leaking all over my bedroom floor for weeks. I have MOULD AND FUNGUS growing off my bed. Despite multiple times of attempting to contact them they have ignored me everytime.
I have had many many more issues with them but overall they are an unprofessional company that I wouldn't want my worst enemy to ever have to displeasure of renting from.
